Digital products
What is a digital product?
A downloadable file such as a PDF guide, checklist or Excel template. No physical item is shipped.
How do I receive my download?
Once payment is confirmed you receive a secure download link on your order page and by email.
Which software do I need?
PDFs open in any PDF reader. Excel templates are built for Microsoft Excel 2016 or newer; each product page lists compatibility.
Can I use a template on multiple projects?
Yes. Your purchase lets you and the staff of your own business use it on an unlimited number of projects, including client work. Sharing or reselling it outside your business is not allowed. See the Terms & Conditions.
Rendering services
What files can I send for a render?
SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, PDF plans, images or a written concept.
How long does a rendering take?

Payments
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD); your card is charged the equivalent in Belize dollars (BZD) at the fixed rate of 2 BZD = 1 USD, so a $10.00 product is charged BZD 20.00. If your card is in another currency, your own bank converts it and may add a foreign-transaction fee.
Who processes my payment? Is it secure?
Card payments are processed by Belize Bank Limited. You enter your card details on Belize Bank's secure payment page, not on our site, so Vortex Horizons never sees or stores your card number. Your receipt and download links are emailed to you as soon as the payment is confirmed. [OWNER: add any tax wording your accountant requires.]
What is your refund policy?
Digital products can be refunded within 14 days if you have not downloaded the file, or if it is defective and we cannot fix it. Rendering deposits are refundable until work starts. Refunds go back to your original card. See the Refund Policy page for full details.
