This policy explains what personal information Vortex Horizons Ltd. (San Ignacio, Cayo, Belize C.A.) collects through vortexhorizons.net, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, email [email protected].

1. What we collect

When you buy: your email address, the products you bought, the amount, the date, and the payment reference from our bank.
Your card details are entered only on our bank's secure card payment page. We never receive or store your card number or security code.
When you download a purchase: the date and time of each download and the IP address it came from. We use this to apply download limits and prevent misuse.
When you request a rendering quote: your name, company, email, phone number, project type and location, project details, and the files you upload.
When you send a contact message: your name, company, email, phone number, subject and message.
When you subscribe to our newsletter: your email address.
When you browse the site: basic technical records of the pages requested, the time and the server's response. We use these for security and to understand which pages are useful.

2. Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Only cookies needed for the site and payments to work are used.

3. How we use your information

To deliver your purchases, send receipts and download links, and provide the services you order.
To prepare quotes and reply to your messages.
To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed.
To prevent fraud and misuse of the site, payments and downloads.
To keep the accounting and tax records we are required to keep.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers we need to run the site, and only as much as they need:

Our bank's secure card payment service processes card payments. It receives the order amount, order reference and your email address, and you enter your card details directly on its payment page.
Our hosting and security provider delivers and protects the website's traffic.
Our email service provider sends our emails, such as receipts and replies.
Professional advisers (such as our accountant) and public authorities, when needed for accounting or required by law, and our bank when investigating a disputed or fraudulent payment.

5. How long we keep it

Order records, receipts and download records: at least 7 years, for accounting and tax purposes.
Quote requests, contact messages and uploaded project files: 2 years, if no order follows. For clients, project files are kept for 2 years after the project is completed.
Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe.
Technical website records: 90 days.

Quote requests, contact messages, project files and technical records are deleted when their period ends.

6. How we protect it

The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Your information is stored on our own server with restricted access, and our backups are kept private. We never store payment card data.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
You can ask us to correct it, or to delete it. We will delete it unless we must keep it by law (for example, order records needed for tax purposes).
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by emailing us.

To make a request, email [email protected] from the address you used with us. We reply within 2 business days and complete requests within 30 days.

8. Children

This site is intended for professionals and businesses. It is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
