These terms apply when you use vortexhorizons.net or buy products or services from Vortex Horizons Ltd., a company incorporated in Belize (San Ignacio, Cayo, Belize C.A.). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Using this website

• Use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the site or other users.
• Do not try to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the site, or copy its content in bulk by automated means.
• The site's text, images, designs and logos belong to Vortex Horizons Ltd. and may not be reused without our written permission.

2. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Your card is charged the equivalent in Belize dollars (BZD) at the fixed rate of 2 BZD = 1 USD, for example BZD 19.98 for a $9.99 USD product. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the charge and may add its own fees.
• Card payments are processed by Belize Bank Limited on its secure payment page. We never see or store your card number.
• We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already paid for.
• If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Digital products (PDF guides and Excel templates)

After payment you receive download links by email and on your order page. Each link is valid for 72 hours and can be used up to 5 times per product. If a link expires, contact us and we will send a new one.

Digital products are licensed to you, not sold. When you buy a product, you and the staff of your own business may:

• use it on an unlimited number of your own and your clients' projects;
• edit and adapt it for your own work;
• keep backup copies for your business.

You may not:

• resell, give away, or share the file (or an edited version of it) with anyone outside your business;
• upload it to any website, marketplace, shared drive or file-sharing service that people outside your business can access;
• present it as your own product or use it to create a competing product.

The licence cannot be transferred. If these terms are broken, the licence ends and we may disable the download links for that order.

4. Guides and templates are working tools, not professional advice

Our guides, checklists, calculators and templates are general working aids. They do not replace the judgement of a qualified, licensed professional. You are responsible for checking every calculation, quantity and result, and for making sure your project meets the building codes, standards and regulations that apply where you build.

5. Architectural rendering services

• The scope of each project (number of views, resolution, style and delivery date) is set out in our written quote.
• A 50% deposit is required to book. The remaining 50% is due when the final images are delivered, and full-resolution final images are released once the balance is paid.
• Two rounds of revisions are included. Further revisions or changes to the agreed scope are quoted separately before any work is done.
• Delivery dates depend on receiving your complete project files and your feedback on time. If either is delayed, the delivery date moves accordingly.
• The plans, drawings and files you send us remain your property. You confirm you have the right to share them with us. We keep them confidential and use them only for your project.

6. Rights in the final images

• Once your project is paid in full, you may use the final images for any purpose, without time limit, including marketing, sales, presentations and planning or permit applications.
• Vortex Horizons Ltd. keeps the copyright in the images and owns its working files (3D models, scene files, materials and textures), unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• We may show finished images in our portfolio, on our website and on social media. If your project is confidential, tell us in writing and we will not show it.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy (vortexhorizons.net/refund-policy). If you have a problem with an order, please contact us before disputing the charge with your bank: we can usually resolve it much faster.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vortex Horizons Ltd.'s total liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, project delays, or construction or material costs. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy (vortexhorizons.net/privacy).

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belize, and the courts of Belize have jurisdiction over any dispute.
